All the homes in the Collection Michel benefit from our tailor-made, top-of-the-range concierge service. We are here to make your stay unforgettable.

Once you have made your reservation, we will discuss your requirements with you to ensure that we meet your expectations as closely as possible. What’s more, we’re available 24 hours a day throughout your stay if you need us.

We take care of cleaning at the end of your stay, one or more times a week if you wish. Our team is made up of professionals trained in top-of-the-range hotel service to ensure you receive impeccable service.

The quality of a hotel service

We’ll take care of everything, so you don’t have to. We provide all your household linen (towels, bedding, sheets) as we have our own linen and laundry service.

All our beds are made to your specifications, with the comfort of the finest 5-star luxury hotels.
For any rental of more than seven days, we come and change the sheets and towels once a week, for maximum comfort.

Our basic kits include sheets, towels and beach towels. We can also adapt to specific requests, which you will need to specify when you make your booking (baby equipment, etc.).

À la carte services

In addition to the top-of-the-range services included in renting a house in the Collection Michel, we can offer you à la carte services such as a chef in your home or a beautician for personalised massages. Thanks to our local partners, we can also organise a wide range of activities to suit your wishes.
